I found it very amusing and it really spoke to me because I have tried online dating and I am about the same age as the author was when she tried it.  This book is a kind of how to for internet daters. It has a lot of things to watch out for and cold hard facts about internet dating. One of the things is to make up who your ideal man is before you start on a site. If someone does not meet critical factors in your ideal man than just click the next button.  The author keeps it light and funny. I will warn my US readers that this was written by someone overseas. So while some of the wording may seem odd to us it is common overseas. The only thing I didn’t like about her journey down this path is she always met the men at pubs/bars. Genre - Historical Fiction Format - Ebook Rating 5 out of 5 stars Content Warning - Talk about severe frostbite and amputation and the aftermath of healing from those injuries  Where do I even begin with this book. It was amazing! This book is about what they called the Children’s Blizzard that really happened in January of 1888 in Nebraska and the Dakota’s. I think that is what drew me to this book is that it was a true thing that happened in Nebraska. I am a native of Nebraska and had never heard of the blizzard before this book. This book is based on a variety of characters that where caught in the blizzard including two school teachers that are sisters and a young girl. This book spoke to me in ways that other books haven’t before. First off I always like an audiobook that has different people narrating the different characters. This book has three for the three main women in the book. They all do an exceptional job at narrating their characters. This book is about an Apothecary in the eighteenth century and a woman in the present day who dives into the story of the apothecary when she finds a unique bottle while exploring the banks of the Thames river. This book is full of twists and turns and double crossing. It is full of revenge and poisons used to get that revenge. Also an apothecary owner that is called a repeat killer since she doles out poisons to kill the elite men of the city for ladies to get revenge on the men in their lives.
