Genre - Suspense/Drama Format - Ebook Rating 5 out of 5 stars This book was amazing I don’t even know how to put into words how much I loved this book! I do have a warning to people who like the endings of books to be wrapped up in a package with a bow on top. This book is not for you. The heroine in the book has been married to a man for 7 years when the police show up at the door to question and subsequently arrest him for murder. In the beginning of the books she is baffled why this happened but as the twist and turns go by she wonders if it is true among other things I will not mention because I don’t like to do spoilers. Genre - Non Fiction/Memoir Format - Kindle Unlimited   Rating 5 stars out of 5 This book is a short easy read (only 41 pages.) I found it very amusing and it really spoke to me because I have tried online dating and I am about the same age as the author was when she tried it.  This book is a kind of how to for internet daters. It has a lot of things to watch out for and cold hard facts about internet dating. One of the things is to make up who your ideal man is before you start on a site. If someone does not meet critical factors in your ideal man than just click the next button.  The author keeps it light and funny. I will warn my US readers that this was written by someone overseas. So while some of the wording may seem odd to us it is common overseas. The only thing I didn’t like about her journey down this path is she always met the men at pubs/bars. Genre - Historical Fiction Format - Ebook Rating 5 out of 5 stars Content Warning - Talk about severe frostbite and amputation and the aftermath of healing from those injuries  Where do I even begin with this book. It was amazing! This book is about what they called the Children’s Blizzard that really happened in January of 1888 in Nebraska and the Dakota’s. I think that is what drew me to this book is that it was a true thing that happened in Nebraska. I am a native of Nebraska and had never heard of the blizzard before this book. This book is based on a variety of characters that where caught in the blizzard including two school teachers that are sisters and a young girl. First off I always like an audiobook that has different people narrating the different characters. This book has three for the three main women in the book. They all do an exceptional job at narrating their characters. This book is about an Apothecary in the eighteenth century and a woman in the present day who dives into the story of the apothecary when she finds a unique bottle while exploring the banks of the Thames river. This book is full of twists and turns and double crossing. It is full of revenge and poisons used to get that revenge. Also an apothecary owner that is called a repeat killer since she doles out poisons to kill the elite men of the city for ladies to get revenge on the men in their lives. All in all I really loved this book but felt it was not what the description said it was going to be about. Thus the 4 star rating. In the description they talk about the Enigma Code a lot but this book was not at all about that but about another code they had to break to find a traitor. The book does talk about the Enigma Code but just in passing and about how long it took to break it. This book did take a good look at our code breakers during World War 2. The unsung heroes who helped win the war and broke the Germans codes sometimes with in minutes of them coming into their facility.   Nazi Wives:The Women at the Top of Hitler’s Germany by James Wyllie   Genre - Non Fiction Format - Ebook 5 out of 5 stars This book is a very thorough look into what the wives of the top German officials went through! The brainwashing is just amazing and how they believed in the Nazi cause themselves is utterly mind blowing. I love to read books about World War 2 but this one just blew me away. It talks about how the women ended up in the Nazi movement and their early years. It talks about how they each met and married their husbands and stood behind them unwavering without any thought to what their husbands were actually doing. Hate is shown so clearly in this book even the children were taught to hate. In these times we live in I would strongly recommend this book. Narrated by Nancy Peterson Format - Audiobook Genre - Historical Fiction Book 5 out of 5 stars Narration 5 out of 5 stars This was an amazing book set right at the beginning of the revolution in Russia. The narrator was great and did amazingly well on the accents. I think that is what made the book come alive for me.  The story was about Prince Dimitri Markhov and Doctor Katya Golitsyn one of a few female doctors of the time. It is all about how the revolution was started and of course Fabrege Eggs and other gifts made in the Fabrege style. Some of the details about the eggs are amazing.  It also showed how the upper class of that time lived. Affairs ran rampant and it was not unheard of to have a ménage type sex life. In fact Dimitri was married at the time he met Katya. Although himself and his wife were both having extramarital affairs. All that changes when he meets Katya.
